NOTTING HILL CARNIVAL RIOT LONDON 1970's ENGLAND

Black community Notting Hill west London 1970s England UK. Local people standing outside sort of community building that was being used for the Carnival. The sound system was being run from within the building. The people look the way they do - apprehensive, concerned - because some trouble was just starting up and groups of youths were starting to run through the crowds of revelers.
