Carmarthen, licensed dealer Tony Yeomans operates out of the back of a van and buys pups in at about £50-£60-00 from local breeders, drives overnight to London and then sells them on, to London pet shops and European buyers for two to three times the price he paid, having first visited a local vet where the animals are checked.
