PUPPY FARMING WALES 1980S

Puppy Farming Wales 1989. RSPCA inspector Peter Anderson checking on puppies in their breeding hutches hardly any bigger than a rabbit hutch at dairy farm in the small village of Blaenycoed / Blaen-y-coed. Numerous puppies were found in dirty unsafe and unhealthy conditions, with little water and pens covered in excrement. Some still feeding from their mothers other big enough to stand on their back legs and look forlornly out of their prison cages.
