On February 12, 1967, British police raided a party at the home of Keith Richards, guitarist for the Rolling Stones rock group. Two guests, the group's lead singer, Mick Jagger, and Hamilton's art dealer, Robert Fraser, were arrested and sentenced to jail for unlawful possession of drugs. Hamilton's etching, based on a press photo, shows Fraser and Jagger through the window of a police van as they arrive at the court.
