Mary Gibson died 10 October 1793 aged 64. In her last Will she bequest to the Minister and Churchwardens £500-00 at 3% consolidated Bank Annuities on trust to be applied amongst other ways as follows. £5-00 to the Minister forever for preaching a sermon on the 12 August.  £5-00 to be distributed that day by the Churchwardens to the poor. £4-00 to be divided between the Churchwardens on that day in every year for surveying and examining the Gibsons family vault.  <br />

The bequest has now been amalgamated with other bequests  left to the church, the revenues being used in the community.
