Arabs in London. Earls Court, London, England circa 1977. Middle Eastern people came to Britain for subsidised health care in Harley Street clinics. They mainly stayed in cheap hotels in Earls Court. An Arab family leaving, the woman is wearing a Battoulah face mask indicated that she is married.  They are with their children. A British helper carries their bags, he's walking towards the car that takes them to the airport.
