Arabs in London. Earls Court, London, England circa 1977. Middle Eastern people came to Britain for subsidised health care in Harley Street clinics. They mainly stayed in cheap hotels in Earls Court. Two backpackers wander past an arab woman wearing a Battoulah face mask which usually indicated that she is married.
