The congregation hold hands, in a circle around the whole of the church, if they can, they did just in 2015, with the use of belts and ropes to complete the unbroken circle.  <br />

The word "clipping" is Anglo-Saxon in origin, and is derived from the word "clyp-pan", meaning "embrace" or "clasp" and thus is an expression of devotion.
