A Tinkers encampment and temporary scrap car dump on waste ground in Balsall Heath, an inner city slum and red light area.
The street on the right is Wenman Street looking up to the old Mount Pleasant school (on the right) situated between Balsall Heath Road and Belgrave Road, built across the middle of Sherbourne Road. This tinkers camp and scrap metal/car dump is where Gosforth and Knutsford street are now.
