Balsall Heath, Birmingham. 1968
A Tinkers encampment and temporary scrap car dump on waste ground in Balsall Heath, an inner city slum and red light area.
The street the men are walking towards is Wenman Street. This tinkers camp and scrap metal/car dump is where Gosforth and Knutsford street are now.
