ISLE OF MAN 1970s

Isle of Man, 1970s. Tynwald is the Manx Parliament. The Lieutenant Governor in long wig, leaves Tynwald Hill after the open air Ceremony of Reading the Laws and makes his way to St Johns church where parliament will sit and he will sign in recently passed laws. The ceremony is usually observed on 5 July annually 1978
