Saltaire, Yorkshire, England circa 1981. Children playing together, skipping in the street with a long skipping rope. Saltaire was a model village, whoes residents worked in Salts Mill, named after Sir Titus Salt. The mill was closed down in 1986 after 133 years as a textile factory. Salts Mill the centre of the model industrial village built on the huge profits made out of alpaca fibre in the nineteenth century, it has been named a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
