THE CLAN SCOTTISH REENACTMENT GROUP

Glasgow, Scotland circa August 1989. The chief of the Clan, Seorass at home. The Clan are a group who spend weekends at a camp in Glen Croe, recreating the life of a Scottish clan before the defeat of Bonnie Prince Charlie at the Battle of Culloden in 1746. A member of the Clan being helped into his 6 ft x 15ft x plaid kilt pleated 42 times, this is a symbolic ritual.
