TUPPENY STARVERS ST MICHAELS ON THE MOUNT WITHOUT CHURCH BRISTOL

Tuppenny Starvers are large fruit buns distributed every Easter Tuesday.  The Reverend Jones gives out 80 Tuppenny Starvers to children and locals who attend the annual celebration at St Michael on the Mount Without church, St Michaels Hill, Bristol. 1974 The practice was funded from a bequest left for it in 1739.
