Andoversford, Gloucestershire, England circa October 1995. The traditional gypsy horse fair dates from 1476 when a Charter was granted. The fair for gypsies and travelling people is also know as the Stow Horse Fair as it takes place very close to Stow on the Wold in the Cotswolds.
