Tuppenny Starvers are large fruit buns distributed every Easter Tuesday. In 1974 the Reverend Jones gave out 80 specially backed Tuppenny Starvers to children and locals members of the church congregation who had attend the annual celebration at St Michael-on-the-Mount Without Bristol.
