Ray Brooks Nottingham Goose Fair. He makes the hand made Cock on a Stick sweets that are traditional to the Goose Fair. Whiteheads of Nottingham Ltd, founded by Rays grandfather started the tradition in the 1890s. Whiteheads went into liquidation many years ago and Ray now 87 yrs, keeps the tradition going. They sell for £1.50 and £2.00, depending on size. He is eating traditional Mushy Peas. 2017
