This was all pre-computer trading, and is where deals were struck, Derivatives, Options and Futures were bought and sold by shouting across the trading floor know at the 'Bear Pit' and frantic gesturing. They wore different coloured jackets so that colleagues could pick each other out in the frenzy of a days work. City of London, England 12th October 1990.
