Student protest in London against the end of free school milk for children over the age of seven introduced by Mrs Margaret Thatcher the Secretary of State for Education and Science. She was carrying on Harold Wilson's Labour Government decision to end free milk. She was pilloried in the press as "Margaret Thatcher the Milk Snatcher”. London, England circa 1972.
