Rita Andrew, enacts Nerthus, sometimes known as the Earth Mother or Terra Mater. Behind her is the Handmaiden to Nerthus. They are distributing bread and fruits of the earth (apples) which represent the bounty of nature to members of the Grove; who have formed a circle with the prehistoric henge circle. Not all is taken, some is always returned to the Earth.
